Woman charged with manslaughter after 11-year-old cyclist killed in Hawke's Bay

A 34-year-old woman has been charged with manslaughter following the death of 11-year-old Emma Jane Kupa. The girl was cycling on Chatham Road in Flaxmere when she was hit by a car on 30 January and died at the scene.
