The death of 16-year-old cheerleader Ashia Kizilay has led her mother to call for funded meningitis vaccinations for all. Friends of the Hawke's Bay teenager will hold a memorial walk in Napier on 2 February. Kizilay was reportedly ineligible for a free vaccine at the time of her death.
