The Independent Police Conduct Authority has released findings into the 2022 investigation of Rachel Molloy's death in Mt Eden. The watchdog found that police failed to objectively examine the scene and provided inadequate communication to the victim's family. While later enquiries were thorough, initial conclusions were reached without sufficient evidence.
