New restaurant planned for Oriental Bay band rotunda

Chef Ben Bayly will lead a culinary vision to transform the historic Oriental Bay band rotunda into the Wellington Pavilion. The multi-million dollar hospitality redevelopment includes a partnership with Watson Group and Garage Project. The site is expected to open in late 2026.
