Unlicensed motorcyclist charged after being caught speeding in Porirua

A 46-year-old unlicensed rider faces court after being clocked travelling between 170km/h and 180km/h on State Highway 59 on Wednesday night. Police impounded the motorcycle following the incident, which occurred in Porirua. The rider reportedly told officers he was "blowing out the cobwebs."
