Father and son named after deaths in Mangawhai water tank incident

James Martin Sisson, 52, and Keith James Sisson, 78, have been identified as the men found dead inside a water tank at a Mangawhai home on Tuesday. The deaths have been referred to the Coroner, and police stated there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
