Woman dies after being struck by train in Henderson

A woman died at a rail crossing near Sturges Road station in Henderson on Friday afternoon. Police were called to the Mt Lebanon Lane crossing around 2.55pm, where the woman was pronounced deceased at the scene. A cordon is expected to remain in place until this evening.
