Sunergise expands solar capabilities with purchase of Infratec

Auckland-based solar company Sunergise has acquired Infratec from WEL Networks to support larger infrastructure projects. The purchase includes all of Infratec's staff and operations. Sunergise, which recently completed New Zealand's largest rooftop solar installation, aims to grow its market share across New Zealand and the Pacific.
