Rotorua councillors reject independent review of new parking system

Rotorua Lakes councillors have voted against a motion to conduct an independent review of the city's new parking system. Councillor Fisher Wang also proposed investigating the introduction of free one-hour inner-city parking that would not require motorists to register their licence plates.
