Mosgiel businessman Malcolm Burns declared bankrupt

Associate Judge Dale Lester declared Malcolm Burns bankrupt in the Dunedin High Court on 12 June. Mr Burns, who was involved with the collapsed Burns Group 2018 Ltd, owes millions to creditors. The decision followed a failed attempt to delay the ruling for a fourth time.
