Timaru man fined $10,000 for illegal vehicle trading

Kenneth James Michael Cumming has been fined $10,000 in the Timaru District Court for selling 40 cars on Facebook Marketplace while banned from motor vehicle trading. This was Cumming's second prosecution for unlawful trading.
