State Highway 2 closures planned for Karangahake Gorge rock work

State Highway 2 through the Karangahake Gorge will close from 9am to 4pm between 24 and 28 August. Crews will perform rock-scaling to remove unstable material from the cliffs. Motorists are advised to use State Highway 29 during these daytime closures.
