Woman named after pleading not guilty to infant neglect charges

Yixia Chen has been named following charges of neglect and possession of a drug utensil. The 37-year-old appeared in Christchurch District Court after two-month-old Kevin Chen died in unexplained circumstances at an Oxford property in August 2024.
