Man sentenced for Christchurch pensioner murder had killed his brother previously

Elliot Cameron has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the axe murder of Faye Phelps at her Christchurch home. Records reveal Cameron also killed his brother in 1975 after having part of his brain removed due to a tumour.
