Police apologise for misidentifying victim of fatal Marlborough car crash

Police have apologised after incorrectly naming a woman as the victim of a fatal car crash near Seddon last month. They have now confirmed the deceased was 50-year-old Blenheim man Andres Bonifacio Hernan Vergara Oportot.
