Recovery begins in Nelson-Tasman after historic flooding

The Nelson-Tasman region is beginning to recover after experiencing its worst flooding in almost 150 years. While weather is expected to improve, a state of emergency remains in place. Civil Defence has warned of hidden hazards and unstable ground following the heavy downpours.
