Street art festival highlights the changing identity of Christchurch

The FLARE Ōtautahi Street Art Festival concluded on Sunday, showcasing how Christchurch has evolved since the February 2011 earthquake. Creative director Dr Reuben Woods noted that the city's identity has shifted significantly from its former reputation.
