One of New Zealand's largest shopping centres has been listed for sale via an international campaign. The 60,825sq m Auckland property features 200 tenancies and generated over $354 million in annual turnover for the year ending July 2026. Real estate agents suggest the transaction could be one of the largest retail deals in the country.
