Janet Dickson has failed in a High Court judicial review regarding a compulsory 90-minute Māori tikanga training module. The course, which covers culture and the Treaty of Waitangi, was made mandatory for agents in 2023. Dickson now faces a potential five-year ban from practising as a real estate agent.
