Charge dropped against trucking company after Remuera worker death

WorkSafe will withdraw charges against Ashik Transport following the death of road worker Johnathon Walters in Remuera last year. Mr Walters was killed when a truck with faulty brakes ran away down a hill. Driver Ashik Ali has previously pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
