Woman arrested after alleged $6,000 luxury shopping spree in Newmarket

A 25-year-old Chinese national has been arrested in Newmarket after allegedly attempting to spend $6,000 using multiple phones for PayWave purchases. Police allege the woman is part of a text scam ring and has faced seven fraud charges.
