Murder charge dismissed in Karori death case

A High Court judge has dismissed a charge against a 41-year-old woman accused of inciting the 2020 shooting murder of Rau Tongia in Karori. The judge ruled that the Crown's evidence was not safe enough for a jury to convict. The woman remains under permanent name suppression.
