Teen receives three-year care order for fatal Massey security guard attack

A teenager involved in the December 2023 killing of security guard Ramandeep Singh will remain in a secure facility for at least three years. The fatal assault occurred in a Massey park carpark. A judge stated the youth must prove he will not cause serious harm to others again.
