Police seek witnesses after woman killed in Hamilton intersection crash

A homicide investigation is underway following the death of 30-year-old Jayde Gilbert in Hamilton on 16 May. Police believe a gold ute struck a traffic light pole she was standing next to at the intersection of Ōhaupō Road and Kahikatea Drive. Officers are seeking witnesses, including a woman in pink who assisted at the scene.
