Napier's Tom Parker Fountain closed due to defective paint

The Tom Parker Fountain in Napier has been closed again because of defective paint used during repairs last year. A Napier City Council spokesperson stated that the contractor is currently rectifying the issue at no cost while the contract remains under a liability period.
