Person in critical condition after sand dune collapse at Muriwai Beach

A person was airlifted to hospital in critical condition after becoming trapped under a collapsed sand dune at Muriwai Beach. Emergency services were called to the Auckland west coast location at approximately 5pm on Saturday.
