Three seriously injured in Bay of Plenty two-car crash

Three people sustained serious injuries following a two-vehicle collision on State Highway 35 in the Bay of Plenty. Emergency services were called to the scene between Omaio and Pariokara around 5.50pm on Thursday. The highway remains closed in both directions, and motorists have been advised to expect delays.
