Two people rescued after becoming trapped on Whangaparāoa cliff face

Two people were rescued from a cliff face near Tindalls Beach on Auckland's Whangaparāoa Peninsula. The pair became stuck after climbing down to retrieve a dropped item and were unable to climb back up. Emergency services and a police helicopter attended the scene on Wednesday afternoon.
