Employers in Queenstown and Wānaka struggle to find staff

Despite high job demand, some employers in Queenstown and Wānaka are finding it difficult to recruit staff. TradeMe Jobs data shows a 15 percent decrease in job applications in the district over the last financial year. Some businesses are now offering sign-on bonuses to attract workers.
