Eight Waikato butcheries and Tauranga-based butchers received honours at the 2025 Dunninghams Great New Zealand Sausage Competition in Auckland. Kiwi Fresh Meats from the Bay of Plenty achieved gold for its Brisket & Truffle Butter sausage.
