A coronial inquest has commenced regarding the 2023 drowning of Christchurch teacher Isaac Levings. CCTV footage showing Levings' final minutes on the Wellington waterfront has been presented to the court. Levings disappeared from Queens Wharf after attending a concert at the TSB Arena.
