Construction finishes on earthquake strengthening of Wellington central library

Construction work is complete on the earthquake strengthening of Te Matapihi, the Wellington City Library. The site has been returned to the council for internal fit-out work. The library has been closed since March 2019 and is expected to reopen in early 2026.
