Coroner rules no inquiry needed after Rotorua man dies from crash injuries

Lance Hohaia Houpapa died at home four days after being discharged from Rotorua Hospital following a 2022 vehicle crash. Coroner Mike Robb ruled that no inquiry is required into the death, which resulted from injuries not detected during his initial medical treatment.
