Young motocross rider Eli Hankins dies after racing accident

Eli Hankins has died following a serious head injury sustained while racing at a club day in Tuakau. The 12-year-old was airlifted to Auckland Starship Hospital in critical condition on 16 February. The motocross community is mourning the young rider's death.
