Mackenzie District saw highest median property capital gains since 2000

New Corelogic data shows the Mackenzie District experienced a 1074 per cent increase in median property prices since 2000. While the national median value rose by 380 per cent, Dunedin recorded the largest increase among New Zealand's main centres at 500 per cent.
