One person dies after vehicle and pedestrian crash in Tokoroa

A person died following a crash involving a vehicle and a pedestrian on Lomond Avenue in Tokoroa around midnight. Emergency services were unable to save the individual, and the Serious Crash Unit has since examined the scene. Police are currently making inquiries to determine the circumstances of the accident.
