Man dies after being found unresponsive in Takapuna Beach water

A man has died after being pulled from the water at Takapuna Beach on Auckland's North Shore on Monday. Emergency services were alerted around midday and provided medical assistance, but the man could not be revived. The death will be referred to the coroner.
