The Supreme Court has rejected a bid by Luca Fairgray to maintain name suppression. The 22-year-old was convicted earlier this year for sexual conduct with a 13-year-old. He previously received a home detention sentence for sexually assaulting six girls, including two rapes, when he was a teenager.
