Youth charged after stolen car used in Queenstown ram-raid

A youth has appeared in Queenstown Youth Court charged with burglary and unlawfully taking a motor vehicle. The incident occurred early Monday morning when a stolen car was used to ram-raid a Frankton bottle store. Approximately $900 worth of alcohol was stolen before the vehicle was dumped in Lake Whakatipu.
