Shop owner says only milk was stolen during suspected break-in

A man and a child, suspected to be Tom Phillips and one of his children, allegedly broke into the Piopio Superette at 2am on Wednesday. The shop owner stated that only milk was taken during the incident and noted that the intruders declined to take butter.
