Auckland's Graham Wall Real Estate and agent Ollie Wall have been found guilty of unsatisfactory conduct. The Real Estate Authority's complaints assessment committee ruled that Wall failed to recommend legal advice before agreements were signed. Both parties have been ordered to apologise and complete training.
