Judge orders police to return seized Mongrel Mob patch

A district court judge has ordered police to return a Mongrel Mob patch to Syd Te Rata. Te Rata was stopped by police while riding his motorcycle in April after wearing the patch to honour a deceased friend. The judge ruled that the display involved no public disorder, threats, or violence.
