Kiwibank reduces one-year special home loan interest rate

Kiwibank is lowering several fixed home loan interest rates starting Monday, 6 October 2025. The one-year special rate for customers with at least 20 per cent equity will drop from 4.75% to 4.49%. This move follows similar rate reductions by other major New Zealand banks.
