A forensic scientist has given evidence in the Wellington High Court trial of Julia DeLuney, who is accused of murdering her mother, Helen Gregory, in Khandallah last January. Evidence suggested at least one blow was struck while the victim was on the floor, though a particle found in the victim's scalp did not match a substitute for the Crown's suggested murder weapon.
