Driver fined after towing damaged caravan through Christchurch streets

Dashcam footage captured a vehicle towing a heavily damaged, disintegrating caravan through Christchurch on Thursday morning. The caravan, which appeared to be missing its bottom half, was seen travelling from Riccarton to Aranui. Police say the driver has been fined for the incident in Fendalton.
