Hamilton woman jailed for assaulting children

Sharyn Ngariki has been sentenced to prison following admissions to multiple charges, including assault with a weapon and strangulation. The 31-year-old also admitted to unlawful possession of ammunition. The charges involved the physical abuse of children, including one instance where a child was thrown into a wall.
