Police rule out foul play in disappearance of Tokoroa teacher

Police have ruled out foul play in the disappearance of 36-year-old Jayleb-Che Dean. The Tokoroa teacher has been missing since 30 September after last being seen at a swimming spot on Waiotapu Loop Road. Search and rescue efforts have now been scaled back.
