Waikato teenager unable to attend school after being excluded

A 13-year-old intermediate student in Waikato has been out of school since early August following an exclusion. His mother, Shannon Rees, says no other schools are willing to enrol him and claims the Ministry of Education has shown no urgency in helping him return to learning.
