Minister Chris Bishop has declined developer Wolfbrook's application to fast-track a major project on the former Pegasus golf course. The Minister stated the proposal is better suited to the Resource Management Act. Waimakariri Mayor Dan Gordon welcomed the decision, calling it a win for the community.
