Friend witnesses New Zealander allegedly set on fire in Brisbane

Destiny Otton-Rakuraku, 34, was allegedly set on fire by her ex-partner in Brisbane on 18 January. Her friend, Emma Nguyen, was present during the attack and stated she was glad she could be there to help. The victim was taken to Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital with severe burns.
